1. Performed research and analysis for the nationwide data of customer consultation, suggestion and complaints to support for product design, marketing strategy and business process;2. Built up problem-solving system internal and external chi hair straightener, coordinated all activities between Ministry of Information Industry, Consumer Association and chi straightener, and solved the customer’s significant problem;3. Designed and performed the service strategy, ex. The program of “chi straighteners Problem Solving Processing Follow-up” to optimize and improve the customer services;4.
