VDR

1.Responsible for promoting the MCP, flash, DC/DC, PLL, Video, encoder/decoder/codec, Wimax (802.16e) to customer in mobilephone, GPS, DVB, PMP , Lacoste Polo Shirts and video conference application ,ASIC business in ZTE account and the Logistics of shipment
2. Key account for Huawei and Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts: Work with marketing and FAE to finish the whole project till the project is closed and won. Certainly, Very good relationship with customers
3. Periodically review Huawei and ZTE account and forecast future business and opportunity from customer. Make and execute the strategies sales plan accordingly.
4. Responsible for the coordination job between internal colleagues (marketing, technical support, administration) and customers.
5. Help sales coordinator to accomplish the outstanding issue and urgent request from customer to fullfill the customers' requirement.
6. Assign customers to distributor which report to me. Responsible for Price control and logistics management. Periodically have meeting with distributor for resolving the business issue and help them to expand the market share. Visit customers with distributor for potential customer and project.
7. Work very closely with other group of Lacoste Shirts to share the market information and intelligence in order to better serve the customer and explore new opportunity.
8. Arrange FAE, marketing even the top management to have meeting with customer
Major Achievement:
1).In Huawei account, Business revenue: $15M
2).In ZTE account: Business revenue:$11M
3).Distributor contribution: Business revenue:$28M
